Mike's Electrolytes
A Longevity Farms + Mike Glover Collaboration
Longevity Farms co-founder Joe Linares — a Marine Corps veteran and firefighter — and Mike Glover, a former Green Beret and founder of Long Haul Supply Company, partnered to build something they wish they'd had while serving: a high-quality electrolyte and creatine formula, dosed with ingredients proven to help people feel and perform better.
Why We Made This
Joe sat down with Mike on the Mike Force Podcast and walked through the formula: why 1,000mg of sodium, 200mg of potassium and 5g of creatine, and why nobody else is putting the two in the same scoop.
Why Electrolytes and Creatine, Specifically
Both of them have relied on hydration and recovery basics under conditions most people never face — a fire scene, a deployment. That's the actual origin of this formula, not a marketing angle. Here's how they described it on the Mike Force Podcast.
"Firefighters die young. We're exposed to so many carcinogens, and the sleep deprivation just destroys your brain. I didn't want to be a statistic. So I started going down the rabbit hole of longevity."
"With Mike's Electrolytes, what we did that no one else is doing is add a high-dose premium sodium of 1,000 milligrams, 200 milligrams of potassium, and then a full five gram dose of creatine monohydrate per scoop. And that's not to get jacked, to get bigger muscles. That's for the brain health."
— Joe Linares, Co-Founder, Longevity Farms USMC veteran, 17+ year LAFD firefighter and paramedic"I was using LMNT, which is a great product, and then creatine separately. Combining them before a workout, I'm focused during my workout, where otherwise I'd be scatterbrained."
"If I just do Mike's Electrolytes — the electrolytes with the creatine — I have the mental focus. I go in, I hammer it out, and I'm out of the gym. I don't even need to do a pre-workout anymore."

They Relied On This Long Before They Sold It
Joe Linares
USMC veteran and 17+ year LAFD firefighter and paramedic. Joe spent his career under real physical demand — the kind where being under-hydrated or under-fueled isn't a minor inconvenience, it's a liability on the job.
Mike Glover
U.S. Army Special Forces (Ret.), 14x combat deployed, founder of Long Haul Supply Company and host of the Mike Force Podcast. Electrolytes and creatine weren't optional in the field — they were part of how Mike and his team stayed operational.
"Longevity Farms represents a serious advancement in supplementation. Clinical doses of the ingredients that actually matter, in great-tasting formulas you'll actually use. 3rd-party tested to back it up."
How Joe and Mike Connected
Joe and Mike met by chance a few years ago. They bonded over their shared military backgrounds, their love of family, health, and more. Joe's been a guest on Mike's show, the Mike Force Podcast, a few times since. Eventually, they set out to build something that could genuinely help people — that's what became Mike's Electrolytes.
