By applying to or participating in the Longevity Farms Referral Program (the "Program"), you ("Referrer," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not apply.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Longevity Farms reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any application or referral account at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

2. Account & Termination

Longevity Farms may revoke or suspend your referral account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using your referral code/link and remove all Longevity Farms branded content that implies an active partnership, unless otherwise agreed.

Commissions earned through fraudulent, prohibited, or self-dealing activity will be forfeited, even if already accrued.

3. Brand Representation & Content Standards

You agree to represent Longevity Farms in a positive, tasteful, and authentic manner at all times.

Content must reflect your genuine experience and opinion — no fabricated results or claims.

Content must not contain profanity, nudity, violence, discrimination, or any material that could bring the brand into disrepute.

If you share your referral link or code publicly (e.g., on social media), you must comply with all FTC disclosure requirements — clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship to Longevity Farms (e.g., #ad, #referral) wherever you could earn a commission.

4. Prohibited Claims

You must not make any health, medical, or structure/function claims about Longevity Farms products that are not explicitly approved by us or published on our official website.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). You may not claim our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You may not make claims that could expose Longevity Farms to FDA, FTC, or other regulatory action.

5. Commissions & Tracking

Commissions are tracked via your unique referral link or discount code. Longevity Farms is not responsible for tracking failures caused by user error, ad blockers, browser settings, or issues outside our control.

You earn a flat 10% commission on the net sales amount of every Qualifying Sale. A Qualifying Sale is a first-time order placed by a new customer that is correctly tracked to your link or code.

A Qualifying Sale excludes: purchases made by you, your employees, or household members (self-dealing); canceled, refunded, or charged-back orders; sales generated via unauthorized coupon-aggregation sites, bots, or fraudulent traffic.

Longevity Farms reserves the right to modify the commission rate at any time; changes apply prospectively and will be communicated via your dashboard or email.

6. Payment Terms

Commissions are subject to a hold period to account for the return/refund window before becoming payable.

Payouts are made monthly via PayPal. There is no minimum payout threshold.

You are responsible as an independent contractor for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commissions earned.

7. Free Product & Performance Rewards

Free product, gifted items, or performance rewards are not guaranteed upon signup and are provided entirely at Longevity Farms' discretion.

Any rewards are earned through engagement and referral milestones, subject to availability, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Confidentiality

Any messaging guides, brand assets, marketing strategies, commission structures, upcoming product information, or other materials shared with you are confidential.

You agree not to share, publish, or disclose this material to any third party without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Practices

Engaging in any of the following is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions:

Posting your code/link on coupon or deal-aggregation sites (e.g., RetailMeNot, Honey).

Using bots, click farms, spam, or other deceptive traffic generation methods.

Bidding on Longevity Farms trademarked terms in paid search advertising.

Creating accounts, websites, or handles that imply an official affiliation with Longevity Farms without authorization.

Reselling Longevity Farms products or using another person's payment method without authorization.

10. Intellectual Property

Longevity Farms grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our name, logo, and approved marketing assets solely to promote our products under this Program.

By participating, you grant Longevity Farms a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost and use your content (including name, handle, and likeness as it appears in that content) on our owned channels for organic promotional purposes.

11. Independent Contractor Status

You participate in this Program as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Longevity Farms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Program. Our total liability to you will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding any claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

Longevity Farms may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
