Ingredients

  • Pancake mix (just add water), prepared per package instructions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 scoops NAD+ Protein
  • Sourdough discard
  • ½ cup flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pancake mix per the package instructions in a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the 4 eggs and mashed banana together until smooth.

  3. Whisk in the 2 scoops of NAD+ Protein until fully dissolved and no clumps remain.

  4. Fold the sourdough discard and ½ cup of flour into the egg mixture.

  5. Combine the two mixtures and stir gently until just combined — a few lumps are fine, don't overmix.

  6. Heat a lightly greased griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼-cup portions of batter onto the griddle.

  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.

  8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings — fresh fruit, nut butter, or a drizzle of honey all work well.

Why This Recipe Works

These pancakes turn a weekend breakfast into a genuinely high-protein meal — the eggs, banana, and sourdough discard build a naturally fluffy, tangy base, while two scoops of NAD+ Protein add clean protein and Liposomal NAD+ for cellular energy support without changing the texture or flavor you'd expect from a stack of pancakes.

It's an easy way to work NAD+ Protein into a meal instead of just a shake — same recovery and energy support, just on a plate instead of in a glass.
