If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at support@longevityfarms.shop to start a return.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your product back to us.

• Applies to purchases made directly from getlongevityfarms.shop
• Products may be new, opened, used, or even empty
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds are issued once we receive the returned product

For subscription orders, the guarantee applies to your first subscription order only. Subsequent recurring subscription orders are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@longevityfarms.shop and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please contact us and we'll help determine the best solution.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
