  • 1 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon or cacao nibs for extra flavor (optional)
