  • ½ scoop vanilla whey isolate (10–12g protein)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries or raspberries
  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds or pistachios
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • Zest of ½ lemon for extra citrus flavor (optional)
