  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (about 20g protein)
  • ½ scoop unflavored or vanilla whey isolate (10–12g protein)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds or chia seeds
